NEW: Photo Albums Now Available in Deep Matte

The title says it all. Learn more about what this means and how it can help you impress your clients.

No need to pinch yourself. You’re already awake. That said, we bring to you a dream world where a true deep matte meets the ultra-high quality Canon DreamLabo 5000 print capability, and all rest within our elegant, hand-crafted photo albums.

Yep, I know it can seem like a dream, but it’s reality – Canon DreamLabo 5000 Deep Matte spreads are now available in our photo albums!

The Difference Between Our Paper Options: Albums Edition

Why Sample Albums are a Must-Have in a Professional Photography Studio

Our Deep Matte is printed using the Canon DreamLabo 5000 printer with state-of-the-art inkjet technology. This means ultra-high quality printing using 7 dye-based inks at 2,400 DPI.

The Technology

According to Canon themselves, in addition to CMYK, the DreamLabo employs photo cyan, photo magenta, and gray dye-based inks to reproduce wider-ranging shades.

This also achieves more precise color control. These seven dye-based inks deliver color as well as black-and-white photos with extra smooth gradations.

In addition, thanks to gray ink, stable color reproduction and less color cast can be realized, according to Canon.

The Benefits

Specifically, for Canon’s Deep Matte itself, the single-sided media features a smooth and glossless texture that accentuates the vivid shades, contrasting colors, and high-quality image of the Dreamlabo 5000 printer’s superb output.

Essentially it’s a photographer's dream come true as it has a true non-reflective surface that is soft to the touch and provides true, pure shades. Even rich colors maintain their integrity but appear warmly and invitingly. This makes matte an ideal choice for pastel, soft color, and delicate-themed shoots.

NOTE: This differs from our silk and metallic offerings, which are produced using Noritsu HD Silver Halide printing technology and use the following papers:

Silk (standard): Fujicolor Crystal Archive Digital Paper Type DPII

Metallic: Fujicolor Crystal Archive Digital Pearl

What this Means for You

So now you’ll have the choice among three papers for an album: Silk (standard), Metallic, and Deep Matte.

We offer the option for clients to mix silk and metallic spreads within the same album; however, with the deep matte, either you use it or you don’t. There is no mixing option with the Deep Matte paper.

Nonetheless, the Canon DreamLabo 5000 Deep Matte is the perfect addition to your print portfolio and ideal for giving off that professional, artistic finish - especially for skin tones, black and whites, and delicate shoots.

So go out and take some great portraits, wedding, newborn, maternity, and even animal and nature shots and watch them emerge as instant artistic heirlooms printed with nPhoto and the Canon DreamLabo 5000 Deep Matte.

Only at nPhoto where your dreams meet Canon’s Deep Matte and Europe’s most exquisite hand-crafted albums.
